Whats the returns policy for Fireworks Direct?

Please make sure you are certain with your purchase, because once fireworks are delivered or collected we do not issue refunds.
How do I place an order?

You can place an order online for collection. Or you can place a order for delivery terms and conditions apply.
Alternatively, you can visit our Retail Showroom and buy from over our trade counter. We are open to the public, so you don't need to register, just turn up.
How do I know what fireworks are best for me?

Give us a call on: 0121 555 8051 and we will be happy to give you the best possible advice. Alternatively pop into the Retail showroom and we will be happy to help.
Online purchasing is also very easy as you can see all the video's on 90% of the items before placing or deciding to buy.
What do I do if my goods have arrived damaged or faulty?
